About this organization
The Fund Governance Team is a working group responsible for improving the governance of the Green Party of Canada Fund Not-for-profit Corporation.
The team's current work includes:
- Update of the 2014 Bylaw
- Development of Fund Board Skills Matrix
- Development of a RACI matrix, in collaboration with the FC Governance Committee
- Development of Internal Election Policy for Staff
- Fund Member Onboarding
- Development of tools to assist with GPC History/Institutional Memory
- Writing of Fund Reports, including the annual Fund GM report and GPC GM report
