Therefore, this proposal will not be included in the ratification vote.&nbsp;</strong></p><h4>Proposal</h4><p>This motion establishes a 30-day waiting period before a member who has resigned their membership is eligible for membership in the Party.</p><p>Append to Bylaw 1.3 Resignation and Removal of Member:</p><p>A person who resigns their Party membership is not eligible for membership in the Party until the 31st day following the resignation date.</p><h4>Objective</h4><p>To protect the integrity of a Green Party of Canada membership and to reinforce the importance of the Members’ Code of Conduct.</p><h4>Benefit</h4><p>This motion helps the Party avoid the administrative work of people resigning their membership when upset and then changing their mind once they calm down. Cette proposition ne sera donc pas incluse dans le vote de ratification.</strong></p><h4>Proposition</h4><p>Cette motion établit une période d'attente de 30 jours avant qu'un membre qui a mis fin à son adhésion ne soit admissible à l'adhésion au Parti.</p><p>Annexe au règlement 1.3 Démission et révocation d'un membre :</p><p>Une personne qui a mis fin à son adhésion au Parti n'est pas admissible à l'adhésion au Parti avant le 31e jour suivant la date de démission.</p><h4>Objectif</h4><p>Protéger l'intégrité des membres du Parti Vert du Canada et renforcer l'importance du Code de conduite des membres.</p><h4>Avantage</h4><p>Cette motion permet au Parti d'éviter le travail administratif des personnes qui démissionnent de leur adhésion lorsqu'elles sont contrariées, puis changent d'avis une fois qu'elles se sont calmées.
