2023 Federal and Young Greens Council Elections
Electing the representatives of the Green Party of Canada's members
Lenore Morris
I am a Northerner, a lawyer, a mother and an environmentalist.
I have been in the Federal Council position that I hope to be re-elected to since December 2021. If members give me the opportunity, I will continue the work I’ve doing, including on committees (Election Readiness, General Meeting and Human Resources) to maintain and grow the party.
I have been on the Yukon’s Electoral District Association executive for a decade, including as its Financial Agent and for the past three years as its CEO.
I ran in the 2019 and 2021 elections as the GPC candidate for the Yukon.
I consider myself to be a thoughtful, careful, conscientious person. Federal Council is a team – of passionate, smart, dedicated Greens - and I am a Green team player.
I am proud to be a member of a party that stands for principle, integrity and justice. It is an honour to be part of the group that guides this party.
