Add configurable member “positions” (change to CEO, CFO, Volunteer Coord etc) with date ranges for that position for historical tracking.
And a related feature - ability to track past positions (both to see what positions a member used to hold, and to see a history of who has held a particular position in the past)

To the extent that Decidim can elect users to positions (or simply elevate to admin/moderator status), the system should be able to track 'internal credentials'.
The ability to track 'external credentials' (education/work/volunteer/lived experience) is probably not a built in, but it is ultimately a core function of a CRP (continuous resolution process) that I submit we can not do without.
