As one of the shamed offenders, with four proposals in the last General Meeting, I would support setting a limit to the number of proposals to 1-2 proposals per member per year to prevent over-representation from individual members.
I would also say this limit should apply regardless of whether the member is the sole submitter or a co-submitter.
