This was the ONLY aspect of the 2016-2018 Committee for Motion Development rollout that I agreed with. I was a bit sad when we let it go. I strongly feel that the limit per member per year should be ONE policy proposal. If you are passionate about more than one issue, then collaborate with others and involve others in the proposal phase.
I also think this rule should apply to constitutional amendments, and directives.
