I like Sarah’s reasoning and also Constantine’s concern. I think pragmatism must moderate our ideals, therefore, suggest restricting to two motions per member per year FOR NOW. IF we discover Continuous Motion Process works effectively and in a timely manner, then at a point later in the year the “floor” could be re-opened to those who have already initiated two motions. 😅
