Continuous Motion Development (CMD) policy motions that pass the all member vote, are tracked until they are published in the Member Approved Policy Book (Green Book). If a CMD motion is 'red carded' or 'yellow carded,' it is rejected, and the submitter can start the process again in (1A) Create after 6 months.
Governance motions adopted at a General Meeting are tracked once the ratification vote results are available.
