19th General Meeting

The Key Procedures Plenary appoints members to serve in meeting roles, and establishes meeting agreements and the procedures used to govern decision-making, the conduct of members, and the presentation, debate, and amendment of motions during the general meeting. Membership will vote on a motion to close the call for Emergency Motions. A presentation and motion to move policy consideration outside the general meeting will also be presented.

If required, the business of the Key Procedures Plenary will extend into the Governance Proposals Plenary at 6:30 PM ET.
