Co-President of the GPC Fund, Co-Lead of the 2020-2022 Virtual General Meeting and Co-Chair of the Events Action Team with Amy Timleck, I have made great personal investments in the GPC's success, in the belief that there is an army of skilled volunteers looking to apply their skills to help solve the existential crises this country and planet face. I believe our future success depends on our staff organization being effective at nationally organizing volunteers, while we all relearn how to use Green Values as tools to unite us, rather than divide us.
Quebec Solidaire is ahead of us in being skilled at scaling up grassroots political organizations, and I hope the GPC will be able to learn from aspects of how they achieved rapid electoral success.
