G23-B002 Transparency in the GPC
Add operative clause 10.6 to Bylaw 10 Openness & Transparency
10.6: When additions or subtractions are made to the membership of council, Fund Board or shadow cabinet, the membership shall be notified within ten (10) business days of the change by email.
