- Canada will adopt building standards for large stores, factories and warehouses, to facilitate their
- subsequent conversion into ecological housing and cooperatives.
- - All new mall/warehouse developments will be required to have a zero-carbon budget, and a plan for
- re-conversion into housing and cooperatives.
- -All investor-developers will be required to pay a reserve amount into a trust account, which will
