Plenary #3: Emergency Motions
Interpretation
Emergency Motions are motions of an emergency nature that are moved from the floor of the General Meeting. To be accepted for consideration, an emergency motion needs ⅔ of the members present and voting to agree to consider the motion. Once accepted for consideration, each emergency motion will be debated and possibly amended before a deciding vote is held to adopt the motion.
