-The Green Party membership notes that 17% to 22% of all large Canadian corporations owed $11.3-billion in unpaid taxes in 2018 and therefore directs our caucus to introduce a bill in the Canadian-Parliament to create a minimum large corporate tax of 5% a year of total income or overall revenues.- Type of Proposal
