I would ask the mover to consider a friendly amendment to include the Fund in this provision.
As a registered corporation, changes to the board of the Green Party of Canada Fund are legally required to be filed with Corporations Canada and are a matter of public record. Members can access the complete historic record of the Fund Board's composition, and all of the corporation's registered records, on the Corporations Canada website: https://ised-isde.canada.ca/cc/lgcy/fdrlCrpSrch.html
If members of the Green Party of Canada also wish to receive a direct notification, that is very easy to accomplish.
Depending on the intent, the mover may want to use "Fund board" instead of "Fund", as the latter could be interpreted to mean that all staffing changes require the membership to be notified.
