Description (English)
- This plenary is expected to focus on governance proposals. The order of consideration will be
-determined in Pleanry # 1. Usually governance proposals are presented in the following order:-Directives to Council, Bylaw, Constitution in the order of percentage of green ballots from highest-to lowest as determined by the Bonser Method. Each proposal presented for consideration will be-discussed, debated and possibly amended before undergoing a deciding vote to adopt the proposal.-This pleanry will also include a discussion and motion to consider the four co-leadership-constitutional amendments and the co-leadership committee directive to council at the same time due-to the overlapping content of these proposals.-The Governance Proposal Plenary will continue on Sunday February 25th at 4:15 PM ET.
