  • This plenary is expected to focus on governance proposals. The order of consideration will be
  • -determined in Pleanry # 1. Usually governance proposals are presented in the following order:
  • -Directives to Council, Bylaw, Constitution in the order of percentage of green ballots from highest
  • -to lowest as determined by the Bonser Method. Each proposal presented for consideration will be
  • -discussed, debated and possibly amended before undergoing a deciding vote to adopt the proposal.
  • -This pleanry will also include a discussion and motion to consider the four co-leadership
  • -constitutional amendments and the co-leadership committee directive to council at the same time due
