My preference is for a co-leadership team (2-3) be an option rather than mandatory. A team would run against other teams and/or individual leadership contestants. Members would elect a team or an individual (not vote for each person within a team).
Part One is gaining approval from membership for the option of co-Leadership.
I recommend that the four current proposals be collapsed into one proposal to determine at the upcoming GM whether or not we have a consensus to allow co-Leadership in our Constitution..
If yes, then develop How to implement.
I recommend a Special GM to figure out the details.
