This proposal could be framed as a Directive to Federal Council: This motion directs Federal Council to replace LGBTQ+ with the more inclusive term 2SLGBTQIA+ so that Two-Spirit, Intersex and Asexual individuals are represented in Party policies and communications. The benefit to using a directive is it clearly assigns accountability and specifies the outcome you want to see.
If you wish to keep it as a policy, consider changing "should replace" to "will replace." "Will replace"is stronger language that specifies the action you are seeking.
If you agree with any amendments suggested by members or Proposal Shepherds, please edit the proposal to reflect those language changes.
